The NFL Draft is coming to Cleveland.

The league announced Wednesday the 86th annual event will be held in Northeast Ohio in 2021.

"Visitors will find Cleveland has an unmatched ability to provide Midwestern warmth and hospitality coupled with the amenities found in other major cities,” Cleveland mayor Frank Jackson said in a statement. “We look forward to hosting the draft and once again showcasing Cleveland's ability to organize successful, world-class events.”

FirstEnergy Stadium, the home of the Browns, will host draft events along with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the shore of Lake Erie.

The draft was held in New York City every year from 1965-2014 before the league began moving it around to great success.

Chicago hosted it in 2015 and ’16 before one-year stops in Philadelphia, Dallas and Nashville.
