The Flyers will play No. 1 seed Connecticut, the two-time defending national champions, in the regional final at 7 p.m. Monday in Albany. The Huskies (35-1) beat Texas 105-54 in the first regional semifinal in Albany on Saturday.
Andrea Hoover led the Flyers with 26 points. Amber Deane scored 15 points. Jodie Cornelie-Sigmundova had 12 points and 11 rebounds.
Dayton (28-6) broke open a close game with a 13-0 run that started at the 8:26 mark of the second half. A 55-53 lead grew to 68-53 in less than four minutes.
