College football recruiting: Highest-rated area players for next season

With the school year winding down, the class of 2019 is almost ready to drop the last two words from “senior-to-be.”

That also means the summer evaluation period is near for college prospects across the country.

Before that gets started and players start moving up and down the board, here is a look at the top 10 area prospects in 247Sports Composite rankings.
