Dallas Cowboys sign Ezekiel Elliott to four-year deal

Former Ohio State Buckeyes running back Ezekiel Elliott signed with the Dallas Cowboys on Wednesday. According to reports, it’s a four-year, $24.9 million deal with a signing bonus of $16.3 million.

The Cowboys drafted Elliott with the No. 4 pick in the first round. He is the second pick in the top five to sign. The Eagles signed No. 2 pick Carson Wentz to a four-year, $26.6 million deal.

Two other Ohio State first-round picks have signed:

• No. 10 pick Eli Apple, New York Jets: Four years, $15.1 million

• No. 16 pick Taylor Decker, Detroit Lions: Four years, $10.96 million
