Dayton basketball fans will see complete lineup for the first time Friday

Flyers play Purdue Fort Wayne with all eight players available

Dayton Flyers redshirt senior forward Josh Cunningham will make his season debut at 7 p.m. Friday against Purdue Fort Wayne at UD Arena.

Cunningham missed the first two games against North Florida and Coppin State after suffering a hand injury Nov. 6 in practice. Obi Toppin, a redshirt freshman forward, started for Cunningham in those two games and will remain in the starting lineup Friday. Redshirt junior forward Ryan Mikesell will come off the bench.

This is the first time Dayton will have its full roster available. That roster is eight players deep with the decision to redshirt freshman forward Frankie Policelli.

The Flyers (2-0) seek their first 3-0 start to a season since 2016 when 2016. This is their last home game until Nov. 30 against Mississippi State. They play three games in the Battle 4 Atlantis in the Bahamas next week.
