DeWine shared the video earlier Monday evening and wrote, “(Dayton) had an amazing season, and we're already looking forward to the 2020-2021 games! Coach Anthony Grant and his wife Chris are stressing the importance of #StayatHomeOhio in their message below. And, remember - we're #InThisTogetherOhio!”
Here’s a transcript of the video, which you can watch below:
Anthony: "Yesterday the state of Ohio issued an order that will require all Ohioans to stay at home to help prevent further spread of the COVID-19 virus, beginning at midnight tonight. So unless you work for an essential business or you're doing an essential activity, you should stay at home."

Chris: "Essential services will still be operational, including places like grocery stores, pharmacies and health-care centers. We encourage you to engage in physical and mental activities, like exercising, going for walks in your neighborhood, reading or simply engaging in fun family activities within the confine of your home."
Anthony: Chris and I applaud your sacrifice and know you're making a huge difference. The medical experts tell us by washing our hands, practicing social distancing and staying at home, we're helping to save lives, those of our neighbors and the people that we love. We look forward to winning this battle and seeing you all again soon. God bless and go Flyers."
