Dayton Flyers coaches will hope to capitalize on a historic season on the recruiting trail this year.

UD has one scholarship open for the 2020-21 season, and it will have another scholarship to work with if Obi Toppin leaves for the NBA, which is a good bet at this point.

Recruiting for the 2021 class will be even more important because Dayton has five players on the roster who will exhaust their eligibility next year: Jalen Crutcher, Rodney Chatman, Ibi Watson, Jordy Tshimanga and Jhery Matos.
