Morsell visited Notre Dame on Sept. 17, Villanova on Sept. 24 and Maryland on Oct. 1. He had an unofficial visit with Dayton in June and is scheduled for an official visit Oct. 22.

The Flyers have received three verbal commitments from members of the class of 2017: 6-4 guard Jordan Davis, of Irmo, S.C.6-10 forward/center Jordan Pierce, of Scotch Plains, N.J.; and 6-0 guard McKinley Wright, of Champlin Park, Minn. Dayton has two scholarships open.
