West Virginia and Purdue have also offered Walker scholarships in recent weeks.
Jake Weingarten, of Stockristers.com, talked to Walker in September and wrote, “He has all the tools to be a special prospect. Ball handling, defense, versatility, and my favorite, he’s a long shooter and has one of the most fluid shots I’ve seen in this sophomore class.”
This is the second scholarship offer Dayton has made this week. On Monday, Marqus Marion, a 6-foot-9 forward in the class of 2023 from Denmark, announced he received a scholarship offer from Dayton.
Back at Lloyd Memorial High School for the second straight week, checking out Top-50 sophomore EJ Walker. Assistant coaches from Minnesota and Penn State on hand this morning.
