Dayton offers scholarships to two players from California

Flyers looking for their first 2019 recruit and could have as many as three open scholarships in the class

Two members of the 2019 recruiting class announced scholarship offers from the Dayton Flyers on Monday.

Prince Gillam, a 6-foot-7 forward, and Ismael Cruz, a 6-3 point guard, both attend Fresno High School (Calif.). They also play for The Truth, a Nike EYBL team.

Gillam has offers from Cincinnati and Nevada, among others. Cruz has offers from Colorado, Washington State and others.

Dayton could have as many as three scholarships open for 2019. It has two open scholarships for 2018 and will have one opening after the 2018-19 season.
