According to Andrew Slater, of 247Sports.com, Wusu has offers from Dayton, St. John's, Massachusetts, Towson, Gardner-Webb, Hofstra, Wagner, St. Peter's, Duquesne and Presbyterian.
Wusu plays for the New York Lightning in the Nike’s Elite Youth Basketball League (EYBL), along with Posh Alexander, another 2020 recruit who put Dayton in his final five earlier this month. Alexander also attends Our Saviour Lutheran.
Dayton has one commitment from the 2020 class. Lukas Frazier, a 6-foot-4 guard from Lake Catholic High School in Mentor, announced his verbal commitment in June.
Dayton has two scholarships open in 2019 and two opening in 2020, one of which Frazier will fill.
