Devon Still, father of cancer patient, cut from Bengals

Defensive tackle Devon Still was released from the Cincinnati Bengals on Saturday.

He was able to keep his spot last year after being cut, but was unable to do the same this season, and will become a free agent.

Devon and daughter Leah have become local celebrities, after she was diagnosed with neuroblastoma last year.

The NFL will continue to provide Still with health insurance for the next five years, per the league’s policy, to pay for Leah’s care.

Proud father Devon has documented their emotional journey together on social media, and Leah received an ESPY award for perseverance in July.

Devon posted a video last month leaving for training camp and wishing Leah goodbye, who is currently in remission.
