Davidson finished 21-12 last season and won the Atlantic 10 tournament for the first time. It was one of three A-10 teams to play in the NCAA tournament. Kuwik coached in the big dance for the fifth straight year. The Flyers made it in his last four seasons at Dayton.
"Being a part of this special program has been a tremendous experience, in particular getting to know and work with coach McKillop and our staff, the players, and the entire Davidson community," Kuwik said in a press release. "My family and I are so appreciative of Coach for this opportunity, and I am looking forward to the challenge of the upcoming 2018-19 season."
