Jackson McGohan plans to continue his football career at Cincinnati.

The Miamisburg tight end announced his commitment to Luke Fickell’s Bearcats on Wednesday afternoon on social media.

The 6-foot-5, 211-pound tight end was fifth in the GWOC in receiving yards with 699 last season.

He is a three-star prospect and the No. 22 player in the state per 247Sports rankings.

McGohan is also the second Viking to commit to UC for the class of 2023, joining offensive lineman A.J. Salley.

The Bearcats also have a commitment from Wayne offensive lineman Evan Tengesdahl, another three-star prospect.

McGohan caught 47 passes and scored 10 touchdowns last season for the Vikings, who went 6-5 and lost in the first round of the playoffs at Findlay.
