Hill says Bengals need to ‘cut the crap … and win’

Cincinnati Bengals running back Jeremy Hill has a message for his teammates heading into the bye week:

Talk is cheap and time is short.

“We’ve been doing a lot of talking over these last few weeks, and not a lot of results,” Hill said. “We can talk about it all we want, but until we go out there do it, it doesn’t mean a thing,” Hill said. “We’ve got to go out there and cut the crap and play football and win.”

At 3-4-1, the Bengals will have little margin for error in the second half of the season if they want to make a sixth consecutive trip to the playoffs.

“We’ve still got everything in front of us that we want to accomplish, and we know what we have to do, so we’ve just got to go out there and do it.”
