Julio Garcia led off the Bees’ second with a home run, and Brandon Marsh drove in Burlington’s second run with a single later in the inning.
Greene was lifted after walking Torii Hunter Jr. to load the bases with two outs, and reliever Austin Orewiler retired Spencer Griffin on a fly ball to end the inning.
Greene has allowed two runs or more in four of his five starts as the Reds slowly bring him along in his first full season of pro ball.
