About Wright State: The Raiders can match their best league start in 29 years of conference play with a win Sunday. They began 13-2 in 2006-07. Their best league records are 14-4 in 2017-18 and 13-3 in 2006-07. … Holden, a league freshman of the year candidate, went from averaging 8.6 points in his first 10 games to 14.2 in his last 17. He's sixth in the league in rebounding at 6.8 per game. … The Raiders are 13-2 at home, having lost by one to Kent State and in OT to Indiana State. Going into their Nutter Center finale, they can finish with their fewest home losses since going 12-1 in 2009-10. They went 15-2 last season, 14-2 in 2017-18 and 13-2 in 2005-16. … They won the first game with IUPUI, 84-70, on the road Jan. 10. It was a hack-fest with the teams combining for 72 fouls. Wampler had 26 points and Love 20 points and 15 rebounds.
About IUPUI: The Jaguars have a NET ranking of 323 (just 30 spots from the bottom in Division I), but they were dealt a major blow when coach Jason Gardner resigned before the season after being cited for DUI. The former Arizona star at least kept the team competitive in his five years, finishing between fourth and seventh in the conference. … The Jaguars have lost five straight including an 84-70 defeat at Northern Kentucky on Friday. Their only league wins were on the road at Green Bay and Oakland. … Minnett was the conference sixth man of the year last season, averaging 12.0 points off the bench. … Goss has made a big jump from last season when he averaged 6.8 points and 6.3 rebounds. He's still not much of a scorer (his career high is 19), but he leads the league and is fourth in the nation with a 11.7 rebound average. He had 21 rebounds against Indiana-South Bend this season and has had double-figure boards in his last 14 games.
