“You never know, they could fall in love with someone else,” said Burrow, the former Ohio State player who is coming off a national championship season as LSU’s quarterback. “That’s a narrative you all ran with.”
Burrow said he would happily play for the Bengals if they take him.
“I’m not going to not play,” Burrow said. “I’m a baller. If the Bengals pick me, I’m going to play.”
Burrow said he looks forward to meeting with the Bengals coaches and learning more about their offense. However, he will not be working out this week because of how long his college season lasted.

The former Athens, Ohio, resident said he will be ready for his Pro Day and then looks forward to a trip to Las Vegas for the draft in April.
“Of course I want to be the first pick, Burrow said. “That’s every kids dream.”
The NFL Combine runs through Sunday with workouts beginning Thursday.
