About Wright State: The Raiders, who are 9-2 at home, notched an 89-73 win at Oakland on Jan. 5. Though they allowed the Grizzlies to shoot 50 percent from the field, they had a 38-29 rebounding edge and forced 18 turnovers while committing just nine. Gentry had 22 points, and Love and Bill Wampler 19 each. They had enough of a cushion to withstand a barrage from Cumberland, who had 24 of his 26 points in the second half with six 3-pointers. … The Raiders are 123 of 153 (80.4 percent) on foul shots in their last six games. They were 248 of 342 (72.5 percent) in their first 18 games. They're second in the league at 74.9 overall. … They have the conference's second-best turnover average at 11.7 per game. … Love has gone 8 of 29 from the field in his last two games, but he's still third in the league in field-goal percentage at 50.4. Though he had a career-low one rebound in 16 foul-plagued minutes in his last outing, he's third in the league with an 8.3 average. He's made his last nine foul shots to improve to 63.6 percent. About Oakland: The Grizzlies have a 4-1 road league record. They're coming off an 83-68 home win Saturday over Cleveland State as Brechting scored 32 points, nearly 25 above his average. He went 14 of 15 from the field. Oakland suffered a costly defeat two days earlier, losing by one at home to ninth-place Youngstown State. … Hill-Mais is a conference player of the year candidate. He's first in the league in field-goal percentage (54.0), third in scoring and fifth in rebounding (7.0). Norris is third in assists (4.9). … Dan Hipsher, who was Dayton's top assistant under legendary coach Don Donoher, is in his third year as Oakland's associate head coach.
