Toppin pushed his scoring average to 20.0 points per game with 27 points against George Washington. No one has averaged 20 or more points per game for the Flyers in a season while playing in 20 or more games since Chip Jones (20.2) in 1990-91.
Dayton (29-2) has won 20 games in a row. It's the longest active winning streak in the country. It closed the regular season last week with an 84-57 victory Wednesday at Rhode Island and a 76-51 victory Saturday against George Washington at UD Arena.
