Report: Dayton offers scholarship to recruit from Brooklyn

The latest name to emerge in 2020 recruiting by the Dayton Flyers is Kadary Richmond, a 6-foot-5 small forward from South Shore High School in Brooklyn, N.Y., who will spend a post-graduate year at Brewster Academy in New Hampshire.

On Friday, Adam Zagoria, of ZagsBlog.com, reported Richmond received a scholarship offer from Dayton. Georgetown, Seton Hall, Oregon, Rhode Island and Virginia Commonwealth are also recruiting Richmond, according to Zagoria.

Richmond is a three-star recruit, according to 247Sports.com, and ranks 325th in the class of 2020.

Dayton has three scholarships open for 2020 if it doesn’t fill either of the remaining two open this season.
