Springboro High School guard Ricardo Greer Jr. announced Sunday he received a scholarship offer from the Michigan Wolverines in a phone call with coach Juwan Howard.

One day earlier, the 6-foot-4 Greer, a member of the class of 2025, received an offer from the Ohio Bobcats and coach Jeff Boals.

The offer from Michigan was Greer’s second from a Power 5 program. The Florida Gators offered him a scholarship in April. He also has offers from Stetson, New Mexico State and Western Carolina.

Greer, who goes by RJ and is the son of Dayton Flyers associate head coach Ricardo Greer, averaged 15.3 points as a freshman at Springboro. He shot 45.5% from 3-point range (50 of 110).

Greer is playing with Midwest Basketball Club this summer. He played with Springboro at the Midwest Live recruiting event at Cedar Points Sports Center in Sandusky, Ohio, last weekend.
