Dayton offered Ambrose, who's from Toronto, Ont., a scholarship in November. He's a 6-foot-8 forward from the Andrews Osborne Academy in Willoughby, Ohio.
Ambrose talked about his top 10 choices with PhenomHoopReport.com and said of Dayton, "They have been with me since day one. That has always been something to me because how they are close to home. Also, I like the role they have me in and their play style is what I like."
