Dayton Flyers: Fans react on Twitter to loss of five players

Dayton Flyers fans reacted with surprise, disappointment, confusion, glee and every other range of emotion on Thursday when Dayton announced three more players were leaving the program, meaning the team has lost five players since the end of the season.

Xeyrius Williams, Matej Svoboda, Kostas Antetokounmpo, John Crosby and Jordan Pierce will continue their careers elsewhere. Here’s what the fans and others had to say on Twitter.

Knowing the A10 will take a step back, a core of Cunningham, Crutcher, Davis, and Landers can compete in league and for the autobid. If Cohill is as advertised, all the better. This won’t be an at large team, but they should improve.

The fact that Kostas didn't even finish out this year pretty much shows two things: 1.) He's not transferring to another school 2.) When Big Bro has $100 mill you have a lot of time and flexibility.
