Long snapper Matt Tunnacliffe, a Fenwick High School graduate who was a three-year starter and all-league first-team selection as a senior at Dayton, signed with the Cincinnati Bengals.
In the last six years, five Flyers have signed as non-drafted free agents. This is the first time since Dayton became a non-scholarship program in 1977, it has had two players sign with NFL teams.
Dayton cornerback Christian Searles earned an invitation to Washington Redskins rookie minicamp in 2018.
Kyle Sebetic attended training camp with the New York Giants in 2014. Cameron Stubbs signed as an undrafted free agent with the San Francisco 49ers in 2017.
