The Reds are bad this season, but Johnny Bench is still good.

He spent a few minutes talking to SportsNet New York about various baseball things and even showed off his play-by-play abilities in between comments.

(He definitely was not lacking enthusiasm.)

The Hall of Famer also shared some insight into how he began his development into the greatest catcher of all time, the state of catching and pitching today and more.
