After the Reds fell behind 4-3, Votto provided another big hit, a two-run single in the sixth to give the Reds a 5-4 lead.
With 1,112 RBIs, Votto is third in Reds history behind Bench (1,376) and Tony Perez (1,192).
Votto was given a standing ovation before his first at-bat Monday.
