Bo Myers, a 6-foot-5 wing from Division II Malone University, will join the Wright State Raiders men’s basketball team as a graduate transfer, coach Scott Nagy announced Thursday.

Myers scored 1,739 points in 111 games in four seasons at Malone. He has one more season of eligibility because the 2020-21 season, played during the pandemic, didn’t count against anyone’s eligibility.

“Bo is a proven player with four years of collegiate experience from a very good Division II program,” Nagy said in a press release. “We love his skill set, feel for the game and ability to guard multiple positions. Overall, Bo is a perfect fit for our culture and will be a valuable addition to our program.”

Myers is from Rockbridge, Ohio. He’s the all-time leading scorer at Logan High School and was an All-Ohio first-team selection in 2019.

Myers averaged 18.5 points and 8.0 rebounds last season for Malone. He shot 42.4% (75 of 177) from 3-point range. He scored a career-high 40 points against Lenoir-Rhyne on Nov. 19.
