Wright State’s first win of the baseball season was a memorable one.

The Raiders collected 16 hits on their way to a 10-3 rout over No. 3 Louisville on Wednesday at Jim Patterson Stadium.

Quincy Hamilton went 4-for-5 to lead Wright State’s offensive onslaught. Damon Dues and Cameron Roundtree added three hits apiece and Gehrig Anglin had two hits and three RBIs. Alec Sayre had two hits.

The Raiders dropped their first three games of the season last weekend at No. 10 Mississippi State. Louisville, which started the season No. 1 but fell to No. 3 in this week's D1baseball.com poll, fell to 1-3.

The Raiders beat three ranked teams on the road last season — then-No. 9 East Carolina, then-No. 10 Ole Miss and then-No. 19 Oklahoma State.

Wright State opens a three-game series at Western Kentucky on Friday.
