Holden was named to the Lou Henson All-America Team, which honors the best mid-major players in Division I college basketball, on Tuesday, the same day he announced his decision to transfer.
Holden was one of three Wright State players to enter the transfer portal. The Raiders also lost their second-leading scorer, Grant Basile, and reserve forward James Mann, who both announced their intentions to transfer last week.
Holden will join an Ohio State roster that may lose its top two scorers to the NBA. E.J. Liddell and Malaki Branham have both entered their name into the draft.
The Buckeyes also are expected to add former Miami coach Jack Owens as an assistant coach, according to The Columbus Dispatch.
