The Land of Oz amusement park is located in the resort town of Beech Mountain, North Carolina, approximately an 8-hour drive from southwest Ohio.

It opened in 1970 by Grover Robbins and was fully operational until 1980.

Now, you can take a tour of it yourself -- it opens for a limited time in June.

According to the Autumn at Oz Facebook page, the park will open every Friday in June and tours take place at 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m.

Tickets will go on sale the Monday before each Friday tour, and are $12.50 for general admission, plus $10 for a round-trip lift ticket.
