Cool with chance of rain, snow tonight; Sunny and warmer next week

Today will be cloudy with a chance for showers and some snow, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

Highs will be around 46 degrees.

Rain chances will increase during the day, with the best opportunity for showers in the evening and overnight. Snow could mix in with showers, but no accumulation is expected.

Precipitation chances will continue until around dawn. Lows will be around 30 degrees.

On Saturday, clouds will gradually decrease, with highs around 43 degrees, followed by a mostly clear night with lows around 30 degrees.

Sunday will be sunny with highs around 54 degrees during the day, and mostly clear with lows around 34 degrees overnight.

Sunny and warmer conditions will continue through at least the first half of the week. Highs will mostly be in the 50s, but a few days could see temperatures break 60 degrees.
