Thunderstorms are possible overnight and will continue into Tuesday morning.
Storms will continue on and off during the afternoon and evening, with dry periods in-between.
There will be a Heat Advisory in effect from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday for Butler, Darke, Miami, Montgomery, Preble and Warren counties, issued by the NWS, due to heat index values of up to 104 degrees.

Temperatures will climb into the 90s again, but increased humidity will bring heat indexes in the low 100s, according to NWS.
The NWS said to drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room and out of the sun, check on relatives and neighbors, and take extra precautions if you work or spend time outside, such as rescheduling strenuous conditions to the early morning or evening.
Children and pets should never be left unattended in vehicles under any circumstances, the NWS said.
There’s a slight chance of damaging winds and large hail during thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening. Storms will taper off overnight, with Wednesday getting to a quiet start.

Storms will resume Wednesday afternoon. Thunderstorms could be strong to severe, with heavy rains, according to NWS. More than 2 inches of rainfall is possible.
High temperatures will be in the low to mid-90s Wednesday. The low will be 71 degrees and mostly cloudy.
Thursday will be partly sunny with a chance of rain and storms after 2 p.m. Highs will reach 90 degrees.

Rain returns yet again Friday.
