Mostly cloudy, mild today; Rain, thunderstorms possible Tuesday night into Wednesday

Today will be mostly cloudy, but dry with seasonal temperatures, according to the National Weather Service.

Highs will be in the mid-40s, with clouds starting to break up later in the afternoon.

The nighttime will also be mostly cloudy, with lows slightly dropping down to low 40s.

Another mostly cloudy day is set in store for Tuesday with temperatures reaching the mid to upper 50s. Breezy conditions are likely, ranging from 7 to 13 mph with gusts as high as 23 mph.

Rain showers and some embedded thunderstorms may strike overnight. A few strong to severe damaging winds are also possible, including gusts of 35 to 45 mph, according to NWS.

Low temperatures will range from the upper 40s to 50 degrees.

A 50% chance of rain showers before 1 p.m. is possible Wednesday but otherwise it will be mostly cloudy. Highs will be in the upper 50s, but temperatures will drop during the day and could reach the low 40s by the late afternoon, NWS said.

Wednesday night will be partly cloudy, with lows dropping to mid-20s.

Colder temperatures mark a slight return Thursday with a high near 37 degrees. Skies will be bright and sunny which brings some warmth to the more cooler temperatures of the day.

Thursday night involves partly cloudy skies and cold temperatures. The low will be 26 degrees.

Friday will be mostly sunny, with a high near 48 degrees.
