Today will be mostly sunny and warm, with highs around 85 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

Overnight, it will be partly cloudy, with lows around 65 degrees.

On Saturday, there will be a slight chance of rain starting around dawn, with a chance of thunderstorms joining in the afternoon. The best chance for rain and storms will be in the late afternoon and evening. Damaging winds are possible, but the risk for severe storms are low, according to NWS.

Some communities get more than an inch of rain Saturday, but overall heavy downpours are unlikely.

Highs will be in the low 80s Saturday and lows will be around 65 degrees.

The chance for rain and storms will continue through midnight, after which there will still be a chance of showers and thunderstorms through the morning on Sunday.

On Sunday, there will be a lingering chance of showers and thunderstorms through the day, falling to a slight chance in the evening. Storm chances will end after midnight, though a slight chance of rain will linger until around dawn on Monday.

Highs will be around 81 degrees, and lows will be around 62 degrees.
