Mostly cloudy tonight with above normal temps into next week

The sun come out today for the first time in more than 10 days and temperatures will be above normal at least through next Thursday.

Today’s high reached 54 degrees in Dayton and Cincinnati and 52 degrees in Columbus. The last time there was sunshine was on Jan. 21, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

Clouds will increase for mostly cloudy skies tonight. The overnight low will be around 35 degrees.

A weak cold front will move through the region early Friday, bringing a chance for scattered, light sprinkles.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with a high near 42 degrees. Skies will be partly cloudy overnight with a low around 28 degrees.

Saturday will be sunny with a high near 47 degrees. Clear skies remain for Saturday night, which will have an overnight low around 29 degrees.

Sunday will be sunny and warmer with a high near 52 degrees. Skies will be mostly clear overnight with a low around 30 degrees.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday will be sunny to partly sunny with highs in the upper 40s to low 50s.
