Cooler than normal temperatures continue; Isolated showers later this week

Cooler than normal temperatures will continue this week with a chance of rain tomorrow, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

Today will be partly sunny with a high of 79 degrees.

A rain shower can’t be ruled out for today, but overall chances are low, according to NWS.

Scattered cloud coverage will continue through the night with lows in the lower 60s. There’s a chance for some fog in southern Ohio and northern Kentucky.

Tuesday brings an increased risk for rain, with the best chance for shower east of Interstate 75 during the afternoon, according to NWS.

High temperatures will reach the low 80s.

Overnight brings dry conditions and a partly overcast forecast.

Isolated showers and thunderstorms are possible Wednesday. Highs will continue to be in the upper 70s and low 80s.

Sunshine marks a bright day for Thursday.

Thursday night is dry and partly cloudy with a low of 62 degrees.

Mild temperatures and relatively dry weather continues Friday and into the weekend, however, there’s a chance of rain showers with thunderstorms to come.
