Cold air funnel clouds usually do not reach the ground or cause any damage. They are more common in the late spring and early summer, the weather service said.
The high for today reached 76 degrees in Dayton and Cincinnati, and 77 in Columbus.
Tonight, skies will be mostly cloudy, with overnight lows dropping to around 61 degrees. Patchy fog is possible after 4 a.m.

Tuesday will be partly sunny, dry and warmer with a high near 80 degrees. Morning fog is expected to clear by 10 a.m., according to the NWS.
