The majority of rain will be finished by daybreak on Tuesday, but some showers may linger.
Tuesday involves a cloudy mid-morning before gradually clearing up. The above normal temperature for the season will hit 56 degrees. Wind gusts may vary, ranging from 9 to 14 mph and going as high as 24 mph.
Tuesday night will be dry and mostly cloudy. The temperature overnight will drop down to the mid-30s.

Wednesday will be cloudy, with a high near 50 degrees. A slight chance of rain is possible after 1 p.m., but will increase with heavy rain likely in the evening. At least an inch of rain is expected, especially in the Tri-State area.
A 100% chance of rain is possible before and after 1 a.m. The low will be around 45 degrees.
Heavy showers will end Thursday morning, with a low chance for rain during the day. Otherwise, it will be partly sunny and breezy. The high will be around 59 degrees.
Drier conditions occur overnight with a mostly overcast sky and a low temperature of 33 degrees.
Mild and moderate conditions are to set occur Friday into the weekend.
