It is not clear whether either twister touched down, but major damage was reported to buildings in the Tipp City area.

The high temperature for today reached 81 degrees in Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus. The heat and humidity added to the intensity of storms, according to the NWS.
The threat of severe storms is falling as the evening goes on, though local flooding is still possible.

The overnight low will fall to around 59 degrees.
Tomorrow will be much calmer, with mostly sunny skies during the day and partly cloudy skies overnight. Temperatures will be slightly cooler, with highs around 76 degrees and lows around 57 degrees.
Friday will bring a renewed chance of rain, starting in the morning. Showers will be likely starting in the early afternoon with a slight chance of thunderstorms through the evening. Precipitation chances will start to fall after midnight, though the NWS predicted a chance of rain through dawn on Saturday.
Highs will be around 75 degrees and lows will be around 58 degrees.
