Sunny skies and warm today; rain and chilly temperatures this week

Today is mostly sunny with a high of 82 degrees. Breezy gusts are expected, ranging from 11 to 17 mph and up to 28 mph.

Tonight will be mostly cloudy with a low of 63 degrees. Overnight involves a possibility of rain and thunderstorms after 2 a.m.

“A cold front will move across the region on Monday bringing showers and some thunderstorms,” the National Weather Service said.

Monday sees a high of 70 degrees and endless rain showers. A 90% chance of rain is expected in the morning along with thunderstorms. More rain and a possible thunderstorm may occur after 10 a.m.

Monday night brings possible storms before 7 p.m., with additional rain and thunderstorms between 7 and 11 p.m. Some more rain may be likely after 11 p.m.

Overnight will be mostly overcast with a low of 45 degrees.

Chillier temperatures settle in on Tuesday and remain until Friday.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny with a high of 58 degrees. Overnight involves a mostly clear horizon. The low will be 36 degrees.

Wednesday will be mostly sunny with a high of 55 degrees.

Partial clouds will likely decorate Wednesday night’s horizon.

The low will be around 36 degrees.

Warmer weather heads this way on Friday.
