Skies tonight stay mostly clear with overnight temperatures dropping to around 68 degrees.
The hot and dry weather will continue Tuesday with a high temperature around 90 degrees.
An Air Quality Alert is in effect through Tuesday in Clark, Darke, Greene, Miami, Montgomery and Preble counties, issued by he Regional Air Pollution Control Agency.
Older adults, children and people with respiratory or cardiac diseases should cut back on prolonged or heavy exertion. The general public likely won’t be affected, but people who are active outside should take more breaks and do less strenuous activities.

Tuesday night will be mostly clear with an overnight low around 69 degrees.
Rain moves back into the region Wednesday with a slight chance of showers before noon and the possibility of afternoon showers and thunderstorms. The high temperature will be in the upper 80s.
Skies will be mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms possible Wednesday night and into the overnight hours, which will have a low around 60 degrees.
Thursday will be cooler but seasonable with partly sunny skies and a high near 75 degrees. There is a chance of showers and thunderstorms, however, throughout the day and into the early evening. Skies will be partly cloudy Thursday night with an overnight low around 53 degrees.
The workweek will end with dry conditions. It will be sunny and seasonable Friday with a high near 76 degrees.
