The first touched down at 10:50 p.m. near Newtonsville in Clermont County and went to Lake Lorelei in Brown County. Wind speeds were 80 mph. The width of the twister spanned 200 yards and it traveled 8.8 miles.
The second touched down at 10:53 p.m. Wednesday near Edenton in Clermont County. It reached wind speeds of 75 mph, was 75 yards wide and traveled for eight-tenths of a mile.
The third touched down at 10:56 p.m. near Fayetteville in Brown County. Wind speeds were 75 mph and it was 50 yards wide and traveled for just less than 2½ miles.
The fourth touched down at 11:01 p.m. southeast of Blanchester in Clinton County. It had wind speeds of 65 mph, was 50 yards wide and traveled for eight-tenths of a mile before ending four miles north of Fayetteville in Brown County.
The NWS in Cleveland conducted a storm survey, which confirmed that three tornadoes touched down the night before in northeast Ohio.
The first was an EF-1 that touched down around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday near Grafton in Lorain County. The tornado had maximum winds of 100 mph, was 100 yards wide and its path was nearly 11½ miles before it lifted around 11:40 p.m. south of Medina in Medina County.
A second EF-1 tornado had an eight-mile path. It touched down around 11:50 p.m. Tuesday near Barberton in Summit County.
An EF-0 tornado touched down at 12:11 a.m. Wednesday in East Sparta in Stark County. Winds were 84 mph and it was 100 yards wide and traveled for about 14½ miles.
