Today will be warm and cloudy, with a high around 77 degrees, according to the National Weather Service in Wilmington.

There will be a chance of rain starting around dark and increasing throughout the night, with showers becoming likely a few hours after midnight. Lows will be around 59 degrees.

Tomorrow, showers are expected all day, with a chance of thunderstorms beginning in the morning. Especially in the afternoon and evening, the NWS said that some of these storms could cause local heavy rainfall, and that an isolated severe storm is possible.

Rain chances will continue throughout the night, with thunderstorm chances falling away after midnight.

Highs on Wednesday will be around 73 degrees, falling to a low of around 63 degrees overnight.

On Thursday, the NWS predicted rain chances will slowly begin to decrease.

However, there will be a chance of thunderstorms beginning a few hours after dawn and continuing throughout the day before ending shortly before dark.

Rain chances will continue to trail off overnight, though they aren’t expected to disappear entirely.

Highs on Thursday will be around 77 degrees, and lows will be around 60 degrees.
