More sunshine, hot today as summer-like weather continues

Some storms in the Midwest will push a few clouds into the region, but today will remain dry.

Overnight lows will dip into the high 50s.

There’s a chance of rain showers Wednesday morning, but overall the day will be hot and sunny. Highs will be back in the low 80s with overnight temperatures dropping to the low to high 50s.

On Thursday, it will be dry, sunny and hot, with highs again reaching up into the mid-80s and overnight lows around 59 degrees.

Friday will see clouds build during the day. Temperatures are expected to pass the 80-degree mark again, with lows hitting the high 50s to low 60s.

The dry spell is expected to break Saturday with scattered showers and thunderstorms throughout the day.
