Subzero wind chills causing school cancellations — here’s what you need to know

A Wind Chill Warning will in effect for much of the area beginning Tuesday at 4 p.m. and continuing until 1 p.m. Thursday.

The warning is prompting numerous schools to delay or cancel classes for the middle of the week.
