We will be featuring Napa Cellars V collection Cabernet Sauvignon,
Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc, Merlot & Pinot Noir.
The V Collection are limited-production, sub-appellation wines from the
Napa Valley that pay tribute to the five original acres upon which Napa
Cellars was founded.
Each wine is 100% varietally true and captures the essence of the appellation
from which it hails. The V Collection includes three varietals. Carneros Chardonnay,
Carneros Pinot Noir and Saint Helena Cabernet Sauvignon.
Each wine will be paired with one of Shen’s menu items to make the perfect
complement to each other.
