New Year’s Eve in Dayton: Some restaurants offering dinner specials

Many restaurants throughout the Dayton region will be open on New Year’s Eve, but some are celebrating with special offerings.

Here’s a list of restaurants that are hosting dinners and events on Tuesday, Dec. 31 with a curated dinner menu:

🍴Bunkers Sports Bar and Grill

Location: 893 E. National Road in Vandalia

Details: Starting at 4 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31 Bunkers in Vandalia is offering a special dinner featuring prime rib or chicken alfredo. There will be live entertainment starting at 4 p.m. and music bingo at 8:30 p.m.

🍴The Dock Food & Spirits

Location: 250 W. Main St. in Enon

Details: The Dock in Enon is hosting a New Year’s Eve dinner for two from 4:30 to 9 p.m. featuring customer’s choice of 7 oz. filet or 5 oz. lobster tail served with salad, hashbrown casserole, brownie desserts and glasses of champagne. Cost is $120.

🍴The Caroline

Location: 5 S. Market St. in Troy

Details: Celebrate New Year’s Eve at The Caroline from 3 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31. Dinners on the menu include Caroline House Steak, Grilled Maple-Glazed Salmon, Chicken Piccata, House Made Lasagna and Lake Erie Walleye.

🍴El Meson

Location: 903 E. Dixie Drive in West Carrollton

Details: New Year’s Eve is starting early at El Meson with a special menu available 4 to 9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 27, Saturday, Dec. 28 and Tuesday, Dec. 31.

Chef’s specials include Aji de Mariscos, Sancocho de Carne, Solomillo al Ajo Tostado, Surf N Turf and Paella Valenciana. These will include a soup or salad and champagne toast. The menu also features tapas, soups, salads and additional entrees.

🍴elé Cake Co. Bistro & Wine Bar

Location: 3680 Rigby Road in Miamisburg

Details: Ring in the new year on Tuesday, Dec. 31 with a prix fixe dinner featuring a four-course meal curated by chef Jose Calzada. Entrees include choice of bronzini, lamb or New York Strip. The bistro’s regular menu will also be available.

🍴Lily’s Dayton

Location: 329 E. Fifth St. in Dayton

Details: Lily’s Dayton is hosting a five-course Italian meal featuring house made focaccia, a winter citrus Sicilian salad, arancini and customer’s choice of pasta, roasted ribeye or scallops, branzino, mussels and shrimp in a creamy lobster besciamella from 5 to 11 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31.

Dessert options include chocolate and pistachio dipped pizelles, tiramisu or limoncello crumble.

Vegetarian and gluten-free options are available for each course. There will be a complimentary sparkling wine toast at midnight. Cost is $75 per person. Reservations are suggested and can be booked at exploretock.com.

🍴Loose Ends Brewing

Location: 890 S. Main St. in Centerville

Details: Celebrate New Year’s Eve at Loose Ends Brewing with a three course dinner featuring customer’s choice of an appetizer, entree, dessert and drink served from 4 to 10 p.m.

Entree options include chicken parmesan, eggplant parmesan, 14 oz. ribeye or crab crusted salmon. Cost is $99.99 for couples with reservations or $109.99 for walk-ins. Singles are $49.99 with reservations or $59.99 without. To reserve your spot, visit sevenrooms.com.

🍴Meadowlark Restaurant

Location: 5531 Far Hills Ave. in Washington Twp.

Details: Meadowlark in Washington Twp. is inviting guests for a special coursed dinner to ring in the New Year on Tuesday, Dec. 31. This dinner includes a duck and pear dumpling, French onion soup, a three-beet salad, lobster crepe, customer’s choice of a main dish and cheesecake for dessert.

🍴Meridien

Location: 28 W. Franklin St. in Centerville

Details: Meridien is hosting a New Year’s Eve surf and turf dinner featuring champagne toast and lobster puffed pastry, endive salad with champagne vinaigrette and twin filet mignons and lobster tail served with potato au gratin. A wine pairing add-on is available.

🍴Speakeasy Ramen

Location: 365 Ludlow Ave. in Springfield

Details: Speakeasy Ramen is hosting a New Year’s Eve Tasting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31.

🍴Sueño

Location: 607 E. Third St. in Dayton
