70 tons of specialize fine grain packing sand was turned into amazing artwork for the city of West Carrollton’s first annual Sandmazing event Saturday June 11, 2022. The event runs from 10:30 a.m. till 5:00p.m. All activities are free for kids and parents. MARSHALL GORBY \STAFF
